At Personal Property Management we believe that a quality service needn't come at a high price. Our aim is to offer you the best value possible. That's why all our individual services are included in one fixed fee, come rain or shine.

Personal Property Management Fees:
Choose from three types of payment plan to suit your needs. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Annual Subscription:	One payment of £1200 per property. Minimum contract 12 months
Quarterly Payment Option:	£110 per month (£1320 per year)
Monthly Payment Option:	£115 per month (£1380 per year)

In many cases our fixed rates work out to be more cost-effective when compared to commission-based management fees.
